Mrs Mary Boateng Coleman
Chief Executive Officer
Mary was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Brassica Pay Limited (BPL) in August 2020.
A consummateentrepreneur, Mary is the Founder and current President of Elite Healthcare Services LLC, a Healthcareprovider with multiple facilities that providescare for patients withvarious intellectual and physicalchallenges.
Prior to founding Elite Healthcare Services, Mary worked atGE Capital in Bethesda, Maryland. As a Senior Risk Manager within the StrategicBusiness Development team, she was responsible for a wide range of initiatives, both client facing, and internally vital. Specifically, she was responsible for assessing and managing key corporate clients, analyzing and communicating credit and market risks, developing policies & controls, as well as providing research &analytical support within the RealEstate & Healthcare Industry.
With a career spanning over 20 years,Mary has diligently built a reputation as an Innovative Business Leader. One focused on making a meaningful impact in the world by solving thorny problems. A natural change agent, she is looking to bring all her experience and energy to tackling problems in the FinancialInclusion space using digital tools such as Micro Investment Platforms and digital experience solutions.
Mary spent her early childhood in London, UK and Accra,
Ghana before moving to the United States
where she earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park. She subsequently earned an MBA in Finance& Strategy from the Yale School of Management at Yale University.

Mr Martin Atta-Fynn
Executive Director
Martin Atta-Fynn joined the Brassica Pay board as an Independent Non-Executive Director in August 2020, bringing a wealth of experience in developing and implementing ICT systems across Africa. Currently the Managing Director of Afri-Consult, a management-consulting firm in Accra, Ghana, Martin previously served as the consulting leader at Deloitte Ghana. With over 19 years at Deloitte Consulting, he has held leadership roles in providing direction for Information and Communications Technology, initially for the Ghana practice and later for the East African region. Martin has played a key role in developing ICT policies for both Ghana and Kenya, as well as supporting the implementation of e-government strategies and fostering ICT growth in the East African region.
In addition to his expertise in ICT and government strategy, Martin's experience spans business strategy, helping corporate enterprises work efficiently and generate profits. His project management skills have enabled him to successfully implement strategy, business improvement, and ICT projects across various organizations and industries. A dedicated educator, Martin has been responsible for developing training programs for Deloitte's Africa region and is an accredited Deloitte facilitator. He holds a BSc in Computer Science, is a member of the Project Management Institute, and is certified in the use of the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) assessment tool. Currently, Martin serves as a key advisor to Impacts Tactics, an ICT organization focused on implementing Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning to drive innovation and process improvements for businesses. He is also working with UNFPA to leverage technology in helping adolescents make informed choices regarding reproductive health.
Mrs Victoria Tabbicca
Independent Non-Executive Director
Victoria joined Brassica Pay Limited (BPL) as an Independent Non-Executive Director in December 2020, bringing her extensive experience in management and project implementation to the team. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Audit for a government agency, Victoria's background includes over 22 years of experience in various disciplines such as Governance, Business Continuity, Vulnerability Assessments, Pen Testing, Due Diligence, Forensic Investigations, Business Transformation, IT Strategy and Implementation, and Audits. Prior to her current role, she held the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, where she oversaw the Risk Advisory Unit in Ghana.
At Deloitte, Victoria managed a team of 17 professionals specializing in Governance, Risk and Oversight, Cyber Risk and Resilience, Technology Assurance and Advisory, and Data Analytics. Her responsibilities encompassed strategy development and implementation, financial and engagement management under the supervision of the Advisory Partner. Some of the top clients she managed during her time at Deloitte included NCA, BOST, and Subah. Victoria holds a Business Administration degree with an MIS concentration from the American Intercontinental University in London, UK. Her expertise and leadership make her a valuable addition to the Brassica Pay team.
Ms Eunice Amewu Nyadu
Independent Non-Executive Director
Eunice Nyadu, an Independent Non-Executive Director of Brassica Pay Limited (BPL) since December 2020, brings over 21 years of corporate experience to the table. She has worked with blue-chip global multinationals, local aspirational companies, and potential giants in the fintech and payment space. Eunice's expertise spans various sectors, including manufacturing, audit, corporate finance, human resources, administration, business strategy, and financial accounting. She gained valuable experience working with Nestle, KPMG, Ghana Interbank Payment and Settlement Systems (GhIPSS), a Bank of Ghana subsidiary, and the Margins Group. Eunice's versatility is evident in her ability to create and execute business development, growth, and transformation strategies for both mature and start-up companies.
From 2008 to 2015, Eunice served as the first Head of Finance, Human Resource, and Administration at GhIPSS, where she established the functions, technology, and business systems that propelled the company into a major sub-regional player in payments, cards, and commercial settlement transactions. Her previous experience includes providing audit and advisory services to companies seeking to list on the local stock exchange at KPMG, as well as consulting for mining companies during their exploratory phase. Currently, Eunice holds the position of Chief Finance Officer at the Margins Group and led the Intelligent Card Production Systems (ICPS) VISA Card Global Certification drive. She is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (UK), holds an MBA from the University of Hull Business School, and an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana Business School. Furthermore, Eunice is a Balanced Scorecard Master Professional (BSMP) from George Washington University, USA, and a Certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) UK.
Mr Jeremiah Brown-Coleman
Non-Executive Director
Jeremiah Brown-Coleman, a co-founder of Brassica Group LLC and an experienced data scientist and ICT expert, brings over 18 years of experience in Big Data, statistical analytics, and digital solutions to his role on the Brassica Pay Limited (BPL) board. He has worked in various sectors, including Telecom, Financial, and Utility, and has held positions as a Statistician and Data Scientist with numerous esteemed organizations. Jeremiah's successful entrepreneurial journey began in 2005 when he co-founded tGL Systems Limited, a company that now supports all major Mobile Network Operators in Ghana, as well as the Electricity Company of Ghana. Under his guidance, tGL Systems received the "Best Electronic Distributor" award at the maiden Vodafone Ghana distributor awards in 2010.
In addition to his accomplishments at tGL Systems, Jeremiah has led the implementation of innovative digital solutions for various high street banks across three continents, working in partnership with TEMENOS, the top-selling core banking system for the past 14 years. He holds a membership with the Royal Statistical Society (RSS), the Association for Survey & Computing (ASC), and the Market Research Society (MRS), and is a proud alumnus of Achimota School in Ghana and the University of North London (now London Metropolitan University) in the UK. His diverse background and expertise in digital channels and financial services make him an invaluable asset to the Brassica Pay Limited (BPL) board.
