Mary was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Brassica Pay Limited (BPL) in August 2020. 

A consummateentrepreneur, Mary is the Founder and current President of Elite Healthcare Services LLC, a Healthcareprovider with multiple facilities that providescare for patients withvarious intellectual and physicalchallenges. 

Prior to founding Elite Healthcare Services, Mary worked atGE Capital in Bethesda, Maryland. As a Senior Risk Manager within the StrategicBusiness Development team, she was responsible for a wide range of initiatives, both client facing, and internally vital. Specifically, she was responsible for assessing and managing key corporate clients, analyzing and communicating credit and market risks, developing policies & controls, as well as providing research &analytical support within the RealEstate & Healthcare Industry.

With a career spanning over 20 years,Mary has diligently built a reputation as an Innovative Business Leader. One focused on making a meaningful impact in the world by solving thorny problems. A natural change agent, she is looking to bring all her experience and energy to tackling problems in the FinancialInclusion space using digital tools such as Micro Investment Platforms and digital experience solutions.

Ghana before moving to the United States

where she earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park. She subsequently earned an MBA in Finance& Strategy from the Yale School of Management at Yale University.

Isafun Senam Amematekpor is a Risk Management Specialist with expertise in anti-money laundering, financial crime investigations, data protection, privacy, and market conduct. Prior to working as a Compliance and Risk Manager of Brassica Capital, she worked with Black Star Advisors as a Compliance Officer and at the University of Ghana Business School as a Graduate and Research Assistant in the Finance Department. She is a researcher by training with research interests in financial sector development ranging from investor behavior to applying technology in the financial services sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Banking and Finance) and a Master of Philosophy in Finance from the University of Ghana.

Nii Ayite is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in strategy and operations across various industries and functions. Before joining Brassica Pay Limited (BPL), Nii Ayite honed his skills at IBM's New York office for almost five years, where he focused on business development strategies and understanding the rapidly evolving technology landscape. With a diverse background in real estate development and operations, international technology investment advisory, corporate M&A, and general management consulting across industries and geographies, Nii Ayite brings invaluable expertise in business planning, portfolio management, business turnarounds, market prioritization and entry strategy, and contract evaluation to BPL.

As a key member of BPL's senior management team, Nii Ayite is responsible for coordinating and aligning the company's strategic operational plans. His comprehensive experience and education, including a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a master's degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business, make him a valuable asset to Brassica Pay. Nii Ayite's extensive knowledge in finance, strategic management, mathematics, and economics allows him to guide investment and operational decisions effectively, driving growth and success for BPL and its clients.

Desmond brings over nine years of diverse sectorial experience in strategic business finance, accounting, and tax to Brassica Pay Ltd (BPL). Having held key finance roles across various industries, such as FMCG, Banking, International NGOs, Real Estate, Consultancy, and Pensions, he possesses a unique blend of expertise and knowledge that will greatly benefit BPL. As the person in charge of Finance, Accounting, and Treasury Management functions, Desmond is committed to improving financial performance, ensuring business growth and profitability, and enhancing financial integrity.

A Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of several professional associations, Desmond's qualifications include a BSc. Accounting from the University of Professional Studies, an Advanced Diploma in Forensic Accounting from Brentwood Open Learning College, a Diploma in Strategic Management from the International Business Management Institute, and an Executive Certificate in Finance and Corporate Leadership from the Graduate Training Institute. He is also a final level candidate with the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana, and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, CIMA. Desmond's expertise in areas such as cash flow management, financial planning, tax compliance, and risk management will be invaluable in his role at Brassica Pay.

Eric Ollennu is a seasoned Software Engineer with a proven track record in the Information Technology and services sector. He possesses expertise in Software Architecture Design and Development, Database Design and Administration, System Monitoring and Evaluation, as well as Report Design and Ad Hoc Reporting. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Ghana, showcasing his strong academic background.
Throughout his career, Eric has garnered extensive experience across diverse industries, including Finance (Banking) and Telecommunication. He has held various roles and responsibilities, such as Solution Architect/Application Developer, Database Administrator/Application Developer & Support, and Telecom Product Development, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability in different professional settings.
In addition to his academic qualifications, Eric Ollennu has further enhanced his skill set by obtaining a certificate in Data Science and Analytics for Strategic Decisions from the National Banking College in Accra. He is characterized as an articulate and highly motivated individual, dedicated to achieving excellence in his field.

Naomi Seyram Amoro is currently a Masters ofArt student – Management & Administrationwith the University of Ghana Business School.She obtained her Bachelor of Business Admin(BBA) Human Resource Management Optionat Methodist University College in 2011. She isa full Member –Chartered Institute of HumanResource Management Practitioners(CIHRMP).

She is a results-driven professional with over ten years ofexperience, and expertise in Human Resource management,restructuring and creating and implementing programs toimprove business operations. She is adept at building recruiting,selection, retention business strategies and is able to providerecommendations for improvement, training, selection,coaching and counseling for various level of management andexecutives. She comes on board with experience in ISO 9001and COHSASA Quality Certifications.
