He is currently the Chief Strategic Officer at OmnibridgeHoldings, an Advisory, Consulting and Development services company covering Management Consulting, Real Estate and Financial Investments.
Prior to this, Bernard headed theNational Communications Authority (NCA) where he was the Chief Executive Officer/Director General from August2007 till May 2010, having served as the Deputy Director General,from January 2002 through July 2007.
Bernard has amassed a wealth of experience,having held a diverse setof corporate positions with multiple Fortune 500 companies. Some key highlights includehis experiences at Southern New England Telecommunications (New Haven CT, now part of AT&T);CellularOne (Providence,RI a subsidiary of SNET); Pitney Bowes Inc. (Stamford, CT); AvonProducts (NY, NY).
These experiences have allowed Bernard to demonstrateand hone his strengths in Leadership,Resource Management, Team-Building & Relationship Management, Communications and CorporateGovernance. His ability atconsensus building, sensitivity to diverse cultural environments,but with the courageto sparingly employ prudentinterventionists mechanisms, when necessary, contributed in no small measure to the advancement of Ghana’sCommunications industry.
Kofi Netsi Andah

Kofi Netsi Andah was appointed to the Brassica Capital board as an independentNon-Executive Director in August, 2022.
Mr. Andah is the Country Director and a member of the Board of Directors of CrownAgents Ghana Ltd. He has over 20 years experience in business development, treasury management, relationship management, negotiations, and leading multi-functional teams.
He worked for several years as an independent consultant before joining Crown Agents in 2021. Prior to that, he worked for over a decade in several roles across Africa, leading or supervising the implementation of development projects in 18 countries, and led several successful high-level negotiations with African governments.

Dr. Shirley-Ann Awuletey-Williams

Dr. Shirley-Ann Awuletey-Williams is a seasoned Chartered Banker and Risk Management professional with over 28 years experience working in the Ghanaian banking industry. Her core competencies include Enterprise Risk Management, Customer and Account Relationship Management, Credit Management and strategic decision-making.
She has a proven track record in managing effective teams resulting in significant cost reduction, operational efficiency, crises management and business process enhancement. Led the credit risk management team that conducted loan portfolio due diligence review resulting in the successful acquisition of ProCredit Savings and Loans by Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited in 2014.
Chaired Fidelity Bank’s Emergency Response Team from the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, and under her leadership and guidance, the team conducted several simulation exercises to test the effectiveness of the Bank’s Business Continuity Management Plans. This ensured that the Bank remained resilient, operated seamlessly and provided a safe environment for both customers and staff to operate throughout the pandemic.
Attended several training programmes in Customer and Account Relationship Management and Enterprise Risk Management both locally and internationally. These include training in Risk Management in Banking at INSEAD - Fontainebleau, France; School of Bank Risk Management - London, Credit Management & Debt Recovery - New York and Credit School - Dubai. She is currently the Managing Consultant at Titan Consult Limited - a financial advisory services and risk management consultancy firm in Ghana.

A consummateentrepreneur, Mary is the Founder and current President of Elite Healthcare Services LLC, a Healthcareprovider with multiple facilities that providescare for patients withvarious intellectual and physicalchallenges.
Prior to founding Elite Healthcare Services, Mary worked atGE Capital in Bethesda, Maryland. As a Senior Risk Manager within the StrategicBusiness Development team, she was responsible for a wide range of initiatives, both client facing, and internally vital. Specifically, she was responsible for assessing and managing key corporate clients, analyzing and communicating credit and market risks, developing policies & controls, as well as providing research &analytical support within the RealEstate & Healthcare Industry.
With a career spanning over 20 years,Mary has diligently built a reputation as an Innovative Business Leader. One focused on making a meaningful impact in the world by solving thorny problems. A natural change agent, she is looking to bring all her experience and energy to tackling problems in the FinancialInclusion space using digital tools such as Micro Investment Platforms and digital experience solutions.

Ghana before moving to the United States
where she earned her bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Maryland, College Park. She subsequently earned an MBA in Finance& Strategy from the Yale School of Management at Yale University.
